Returns at DRM-LND
At DRM-LND, we’re proud to offer high-quality DIY products that let your creativity shine. That’s why it’s important to us that you feel confident in your purchase.
Before you get started
Once you’ve begun assembling or using your product, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns. We therefore recommend carefully reading and watching our assembly instructions before you begin – to make your experience as smooth and fun as possible!
Our return policy – 14 days
You always have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:
You can provide a receipt or order number.
The product is unused, unassembled, and in its original, unopened packaging.
Returns are not accepted if the seal is broken or the product has been altered or damaged.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
How to make a return
Please email us at support@drm-lnd.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return, and we’ll help you from there.
Note: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and approving the return, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Unclaimed packages
If a package is not picked up and is returned to us, a handling fee of £15 will be charged.
In-store purchases & assembly assistance
Products purchased on www.drm-lnd.com cannot be returned in physical stores. We also do not offer exchanges.
If you received assembly help in-store, please note that our staff are not professionally trained jewellers and cannot guarantee the final quality of assembled products.
Received a faulty product? We’ll fix it!
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, we will of course replace it free of charge. In such cases, DRM-LND will cover the return shipping costs.
