Very disappointing quality for a brand-new backpack
Very poor quality control.
A brand-new school backpack was delivered with a crooked front pocket, stains on the inside, and a clearly poorly sewn seam with loose threads. This is not what you would expect from a new product. Very disappointed, and I hope the company reviews its quality control procedures.

Bad experience
I bought a 50€ gift card from the webstore for my friend as a birthday present. A store had recently opened in Turku, and she went there to shop. However, when it was time to pay, she was informed that they could not accept the gift card and that she had to pay in cash instead. This restriction was not disclosed on the webpage where I purchased the gift card, nor was it mentioned on the card itself when she received it.
I contacted customer service about this, and they told me they could cancel the gift card and reimburse me. However, since it was a gift and the disappointment had already happened in the store, I did not take this option. I hope that the disclosure of where gift cards can and cannot be used has since been updated.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend it or purchase again.

I ordered a white case and after one day it got color transfer from a garment. Now it’s not white. The attachment for the flower charm had a sharp screw on it which scratched my phone while it was attached to my phone.. not nice
