Where are the products sent from?

We ship all orders from Kuwait.

How long does shipping take?

Order before noon and we'll ship your products the same day. Otherwise they'll go in tomorrow's mail. Normally you'll have the package within a few days, depending on your location.

Where are the products delivered?

Delivery location depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. If a product can’t be sent to your home due to size or carrier limitations, it will be routed to your nearest pickup point.

How do I know if my order went through?

You will receive an order confirmation to the email address provided with your order. Check your spam folder if you don’t find the confirmation in your inbox. Otherwise, you can contact us at drm-lnd@hmholding.org for assistance.

Which phone models do you have cases for?

We have cases for most iPhone and selected Samsung models. When you start the design process, you’ll see a list of all available models. DRMZ® can be attached to cases for any phone model, so you can order DRMZ® separately and design your own case at home.

Are the cases durable?

Our cases have edge protection and are shock-resistant, with a good grip and solid side buttons. All cases are carefully tested to ensure the best possible protection for your phone.

How do I attach DRMZ to the cases?

DRMZ® are attached to phone cases using 3M adhesive. Remove the protective back from DRMZ® and attach it to the case. Make sure the case is clean before applying DRMZ®. Press DRMZ® multiple times during the first few days to eliminate any air bubbles between DRMZ® and the case. Please see DIY Tutorials for detailed instructions.

How do I hang charms on phone cases?

You can easily hang charms on your phone case using piercings. Piercings are metal rings that attach to the lower corners of the phone cases. Once the piercings are attached, you can hang the charms on the metal rings. Check out the DIY Tutorials for detailed instructions.

How do I hang phone bracelets?

How big is the backpack?

Height: 48 cm. Width: 39.5 cm. Capacity: 20 L. A perfect size for commuting, school, day trips, or light travel! Plenty of space to keep your essentials organized and easily accessible.

What pockets and inner compartments are available?

The backpack has inner pockets for laptops or tablets, as well as smaller compartments for mobile phones or other small items. Additionally, there is a secret pocket on the back 🤫

Are the backpacks water-resistant?

The backpack is water-resistant and keeps your belongings dry even on rainy days. This makes it ideal for all weather conditions.

How do I attach DRMZ?

Make sure the surface is clean, flat, and completely dry. Peel off the backing, press your Soft DRMZ® firmly into place, and you’re all set! For extra durability, place a thin cloth on top and iron on medium heat for 35 seconds, then let it cool. Washing the product often? Turn it inside out, iron from the back, and add a few quick stitches to keep your Soft DRMZ® fresh and secure.

Which laptop sizes does the cover fit?

The case is made for 12-14" laptops, but works perfectly also for smaller laptops - with some extra space for your other essentials!

What colours are available for the laptop case?

Purple with pink inside, pink with purple inside, black with pistachio inside, and off-white with pink inside.

Our Bag Charms are designed to be compatible with most bags! Some charms have larger clasps, while others have smaller ones, so they can attach to straps, loops, and handles with ease. However, if your bag has very thick or unconventional hardware, some charms may not fit perfectly.

Your charm comes with a clasp. Attach the clasp to the charm, and simply click on the charm to your chain. No tools needed.
