Returns at DRM-LND
At DRM-LND, we’re proud to offer high-quality DIY products that let your creativity shine. That’s why it’s important to us that you feel confident in your purchase.
Before you get started
Once you’ve begun assembling or using your product, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns. We therefore recommend carefully reading and watching our assembly instructions before you begin – to make your experience as smooth and fun as possible!
Right of withdrawal – 14 days
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. The withdrawal period runs for 14 days from the day you, or someone you have nominated, received the last item in your order.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
The easiest way is to use our withdrawal function directly on the website: Withdraw your purchase. You can also notify us of your decision to withdraw by sending a message by email to [email protected]. We will confirm your request by email.
Conditions for returns
You need to be able to show a receipt or order number.
The product must be returned without undue delay and at the latest 14 days after you notify us that you are withdrawing from the purchase.
If you have begun assembling or using your product, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.
Gift cards cannot be returned.
Refunds
We will refund the amount for the withdrawn items within 14 days of receiving your notice that you are withdrawing from the purchase, using the same payment method you used for the purchase or as store credit. We may, however, withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown that they have been sent back. Please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Uncollected parcels
If a package is not picked up and is returned to us, a handling fee of €15 will be charged.
In-store purchases & assembly assistance
Products purchased on www.drm-lnd.com cannot be returned in physical stores. We also do not offer exchanges.
If you received assembly help in-store, please note that our staff are not professionally trained jewellers and cannot guarantee the final quality of assembled products.
Faulty items? We’ll sort it out!
If you've received a faulty or damaged item, we'll of course replace it free of charge. For returns of a faulty item, we cover the shipping.
Faulty goods are covered by your statutory rights under EU consumer law. You have a minimum two-year legal guarantee on goods that are faulty or not as described: you're first entitled to have the item repaired or replaced free of charge, and if that isn't possible or doesn't resolve the issue, to a price reduction or a refund. Please contact us as soon as you discover a fault.
