Backpack Pink
Very disappointing quality for a brand-new backpack
Very poor quality control. A brand-new school backpack was delivered with a crooked front pocket, stains on the inside, and a clearly poorly sewn seam with loose threads. This is not what you would expect from a new product. Very disappointed, and I hope the company reviews its quality control procedures.
