How do I book a session?

You can book your Studio Experience and Private Party directly through our online form. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.

What is the "Service Fee" for?

The Studio Service Fee ($30 per person) covers your exclusive use of our themed studio space, a dedicated party host to guide your DIY creations, and our complimentary snack & drinks. The cost of your chosen creative project (bracelet, necklace, etc.) is added to this fee.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

We provide a standard snack package with drinks and treats. If you’d like to bring something specific or have a customized catering request, please let us know in advance! Additional fees or coordination may apply.

Is there an age limit for the DIY sessions?

Everyone is welcome! However, our DIY projects involve small parts and tools, so we recommend our experiences for guests aged 6 and up. Younger creators may need a little extra help from an adult.

What happens if I need to cancel?

We understand plans change! Studio Experience: Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund of the service fee. Make your Party Private: The $250 security deposit is non-refundable if canceled within 7 days of the event, as we close the entire store specifically for you.

Can we add more charms than what’s included in the package?

Absolutely! Your package includes 1 or 5 charms to get you started, but you are more than welcome to add extra charms or "DRMZ" during the session. These will be charged at our standard menu pricing.

Kids & Teens Welcome! We host magical DIY sessions for creators aged 6 and up. Our hosts are experts at guiding younger guests through our "magical DIY world."

Looking for the ultimate VIP celebration? With Private Access, we close the entire DRM-LND store just for you. For 2 hours, you and your guests have an exclusive run of the studio and shop, creating a high-energy, private world of your own.

High energy, exclusive access, and plenty of space to create.

Exclusivity: No outside customers—the space is 100% yours.

All-Access: Full use of the studio and two dedicated hosts to bring your DIY dreams to life.

Availability: Saturdays 10am–12pm or 7pm–10pm.
Capacity: Up to 10 guests.
Price: $850 Base Rental ($250 deposit required to secure your slot).
