Will my design come as a DIY kit?

Yes, all products are sent as DIY kits. This way, you can attach the decorations yourself at home in peace and ensure that your design turns out exactly the way you want it!

Which phone models do you have cases for?

We have cases for most iPhone and selected Samsung models. When you start the design process, you’ll see a list of all available models. DRMZ® can be attached to cases for any phone model, so you can order DRMZ® separately and design your own case at home.

Can DRMZ be attached to other products?

Sure thing! Regular DRMZ can be attached to metal and plastic surfaces, like laptops, iPads, certain shoes and other flat surfaces. Soft DRMZ can be attached most types of fabric products and clothing (cotton, jeans, polyester, etc) as well as to phone cases and other accessories.

How do I attach Soft DRMZ?

Make sure the surface is clean, flat, and completely dry. Peel off the backing, press your DRMZ® firmly into place, and you’re all set! For extra durability, especially on fabric products, place a thin cloth on top and iron on medium heat for 35 seconds, then let it cool. Washing the product often? Turn it inside out, iron from the back, and add a few quick stitches to keep your Soft DRMZ® fresh and secure.

How long does shipping take?

Order before 13:00 and we'll ship your products the same day. Otherwise they'll go in tomorrow's mail. Normally you'll have the package within a few days.
